Sink install

November 18, 2014

Well these are pretty easy to work out as long as you have the right tools! And while there are many different tools you could use to make this job easier I ended up using a jigsaw, hole saw, and reciprocating saw! However could have used a circular saw with a good blade and would have been much cleaner, however didn’t have one I trusted so that’s why the other choices for me! Anyways rough out your plumbing and make your measurements so you can tape off the area to be cut! This will prevent chipping of the Formica countertop! Use your sink base if you can as your outline and then subtract a 1/4″ around all sides and mark another line this will be your cut line. That’s pretty much all it takes make your cuts, hook up your plumbing, fasten down the sink and caulk! Done!
